Vine Park is part of a 185-acre redevelopment master plan for University Research Park in Irvine, CA.  The park, designed by Burton Studio Landscape, is digitally enabled and used for day-to-day and special events.

The project features custom integrally colored cast-in-place benches and coordinating cast-in-place paving with a light wash finish.  It also features tenant spaces with Craftsmen Specification wood plank finish.  The team also matched some existing finishes for tie-ins.
