The new seven-story, $480-million, 398,000 square-foot Torrance Memorial Replacement Tower replaces the hospital’s original tower. The new tower’s design is patient focused featuring family friendly lounges, an outdoor healing garden, and all-private patient rooms.

Five different Lithocrete finishes were used in the entry and courtyard including our new L.Q.S. finish, which blends granite aggregate and granite sand. L.Q.S. is more economical and smoother than typical hardscape finishes yet with a non-slip surface that is ideal for hospitals.
