Spectrum Terrace is a 73 acre office park in the heart of the Irvine Spectrum area.

Shaw and Sons utilized IL cement in the majority of the walls and paving because of its limestone like coloration.  The project features our Craftsmen non-slip ground finish, fine wood plank finish, and light wash finish fields.  All vertical elements were presto wall finish.
