The Campus at Playa Vista consists of four 4-story office buildings housed on a 25-acre curving site. Design elements include landscaped terraces, roof gardens, and courtyards.The glass curtain wall system combines with a hybrid design of structural steel and concrete shear walls. Beneath the campus are two levels of continuous parking. This project is LEED Gold certified.

All retaining and cast-in-place walls received our Presto Wall Finish and contrasting Lithocrete with silica carbide and natural gray field panels.
