The Landmark is a 34-story apartment building in Los Angeles, CA designed by Gensler.  Landscape architect SWA took a former parking lot and transformed it into a one-acre publicly accessible green space with water features and seating areas.

Shaw & Sons created provided custom texture walls as a centerpiece for the park.  The same texture, created using canvas lined forms was also used to build a crescent shaped water feature.  The paving is Craftsmen Large Ground Profile finish.  The perimeter walls were constructed via shotcrete for a uniform clean finish.
