The first phase of Innovation Park campus in Irvine, CA consists of eight low rise buildings.

The buildings feature oversized electric roll-up garage doors leading to private patios and gardens and a central pedestrian pathline.  This central pathline connects various on-site amenities like a cafe, coffee bar, fitness center and event pavilion.

The pathline features low maintenance and high durability Craftsmen Large Ground finish seeded with hand-select aggregates. Additional walkways, curbs, and gutters are a light wash finish. This project was completed ahead of schedule despite the pandemic.
