The two existing six-story buildings received a complete renovation including new entry storefronts and new re-engineered plazas using Lithocrete products. 

White cement L.Q.S. uses a mixture of champagne heat fractured glass with white granite sand and aggregate. Dark tan cast-in-place walls include Presto Wall Finish with a small percentage of silver mica. Hardscape paving on structure utilized L.Q.S. with white granite sand that was applied pneumatically and 25% champagne colored glass.
