In 2009, Shaw & Sons completed the pedestrian-oriented plaza surrounding the first of four planned 14-story, Class A office towers to be completed over the next 10 years. The first phase was developed to include connections to the four office buildings, including two connecting plazas, an underground parking garage, and retail space. Developed by David M. Paul, the Pointe serves as an independent movie and television studio complex.
