"Please consider this not only a recommendation for Lithocrete, but a thank you as well. The 100 Bayview Circle was built in 1991 which is wehn the Lithocrete was installed. To date, there has been no cracking or fading which we have experienced with the colored concrete surrounding the Lithocrete. From a maintenance standpoint, I would have preferred to have the entire plaza done in Lithocrete.

Our sister building at 3501 Jamboree, Newport Beach, does not have the Lithocrete in their plaza, but they do have very costly maintenance headaches and a plaza that looks worn after only a couple years."
